Marketing to a Network of Dealers

Greetings Warriors!

My company is a manufacturer that sells its product to a dealer network. This is my second job in the manufacturing industry and have had this problem both times!

How do you reach and motivate a Dealer Network (online and offline) to push your product to the end customer? I have tried incentive programs, reward systems etc. I have also tried pulling the end consumer through to the Dealers, asking for my product by name.

Is there much else I can do? I was wondering if anyone had a similar situation and what they did. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

    Tough market to crack at the moment, the only way l can thing of is, using a double method phone call with a follow up email... Let them know that they will be receiving an email from you and you would like them to review and you would get back to them with in a couple of days....

      I already have a devote dealer network who purchases products from me on a fairly consistent basis. My question is more how to get them MORE motivated and to bring my product up in conversation more often when dealing with a customer/ end user.
