Marketing to a Network of Dealers
My company is a manufacturer that sells its product to a dealer network. This is my second job in the manufacturing industry and have had this problem both times!
How do you reach and motivate a Dealer Network (online and offline) to push your product to the end customer? I have tried incentive programs, reward systems etc. I have also tried pulling the end consumer through to the Dealers, asking for my product by name.
Is there much else I can do? I was wondering if anyone had a similar situation and what they did. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
