How Can I Make One of These Cool Opt-In Pages?

Hey Warriors, I know you've seen these types of opt-in pages where its a huge picture, with an optin box in the middle. I would like to test one.

Here is a sample of what I'm talking about (by Frank Kern, no affiliate)...

Is there a simple way to make these in HTML or Wordpress?

    We made ours a little more lively and added a video.

    I have found that the most converting squeeze pages are the one's that have the LEAST amount on them!

    Just a headline, button and you are good to go!

    I use GEO opt in. It is a plugin for wordpress & It's really cool!

    It uses the ip address of the computer and has a map in the background that shows their location. You can even add in "Vacancies available in X" and it will say their exact city, or town! :-)

    There's load of WP plugins for it. Such as, Instabuilder or Lead Rocket. If you want to use HTML, then Google examples.

    I use Instabuilder plugin because it allows me to do other things like add redirects, video sources, FB optins on top of being able to do the "guru" style squeeze you showed above.

      I'm looking for an html templates of these "guru" type squeeze pages. Table-less css design and with transparent opt in boxes. Would like both standard and video squeeze pages. Anyone know where I can find templates of these squeeze pages?

    I use two plugins for Wordpress to create any kind of squeeze pages, including like you have asked about. One is Instabuilder and another one (in my opinion a much more powerful) GEOptin.

    I am learning to do this today as well. I am trying out WP Lead Wordpress plugin . It's free, and appears to work well - it lets you choose a background, or upload your own.

      Actually I am looking for html css templates not a wordpress plugin. Do you know of any "guru" templates as a starting point with css table-less and transparent opt in box?

        Although from the looks of it, WordPress seems like a much easier manner to pull this off, or at least more plentiful options at this point. Seems crazy to start with a blank document and code this from scratch, there have to be templates out there that take the original "guru" templates which are table based and redo them css table-less and add the transparent functionality.

    If you are just starting out, LeadRocket works well and it is easy to implement. I personally use Instabuilder and List Eruption. List Eruption does the whole viral rewards unlock thing and I use Instabuilder to create them quickly when I am wanting to test new offers.
