fiverr , no customer support? anyone use them?

Hi, I was going to use fiverr today, but couldn't find any contact email for fiverr. support system was just a video with no sound, and no way to contact support.
Because of that I didnt' use them because if there was a problem with payment then I'd have no way to resolve it.
Has anyone else ever contacted fiverr support for any reason? do they even have a support email?
I like the site idea, but made me nervous with no contact info.

    Hi, I haven't used them but I see you can submit a request ticket. I'm not sure about there response time or speed but it is worth a try Fiverr Customer Support

    look at the footer, you'll see "Fiver Customer Support" it takes you to zendesk.

    I don't think they'll have much support until forced to by a copyright lawsuit, or as a last ditch effort to reinvent themselves when people stop using their services.

    I've used their zendesk in the past (reporting stolen content being sold, etc.) when I was testing a service, but never got any reply and after a week the gigs were still there.

    * the last I used fiverr was over 6 months ago, so things may have changed.

    thanks, their support link is just basically a symbolic link, because it takes you to a non functional system with no escalation method that works. It says you can submit a video ticket, which doesn't record. And allows you to play a help video, which has no sound. I didn't think pay pal even let you use their service as a merchant if you didn't have a contact address on your site.

    I had only one time a problem with the support.

    But the 99 other times were...

    I have contacted support a couple times, again a year or so ago, but response was good.

    As far as having trouble with a Payment, everything there runs very smooth. Besides, unless you jump in buying a bunch of gigs, it is only $5.

    If you were looking to sell a Gig and were worried about getting a payment from Fiverr, I can tell you that I never had a problem with that.

    I have contacted and had replies from fiverr's support. I don't know if I would say I was happy with the service but they did respond back every time I had an issue.

    They used to respond within 24 hours but recently the response can range from 1-3 days.

    i have used their support once and maybe i was lucky but they were fast and accurate .... but if we see the big picture here, having a good support is the best and the first thing that the buyer sees before purchasing

      I've used services listed there about 25-30 times altogether now (but never for buying anything to do with SEO at all). I agree that their overall customer service, compared with that of most places, leaves quite a bit to be desired.

      I've been both careful and lucky, overall, with what I've bought there.

      My expectations there are never too high. I instinctively see it as a kind of "lowest prices, lowest-common-denominator, down-market" sort of place. At those prices, there's a limit to what one can expect, I think? I have no overall complaints.

    I have used them and found the whole process very quick and easy. I guess that support response will vary depending on their volume of tickets and the time zones, but i find that with other internet based services (like hostgator for example) as well. sometime the response is quicker than others.
    As far as payments go - they handle that side of it well in my experience.
    And as it is only $5 - the risk factor is negligible. Maybe give it a go for one job and see.
    I have found it a bot slow to get a gig done once, so that might be worth considering if you are in a hurry. I always get a fast reply from Elance but haven't used any other sites. And of course you are paying less with fiverr.

    Yet another reason to go with smaller more personable clones. All of my buyers have my cell number and can call and get complaints resolved usually within minutes. Definitely not days

      Couldn't agree with you more. Fiverr support are non-existent. That's the reason I prefer SEOClerks before Fiverr any day of the week.

    I have great experience with Fiverr and they are responsive. But if you are using some of the merchant's services, then it will be better to contact them directly.

    i love fiverr but there support sucks. i had a problem with needing to change my paypal email address. they wanted me to send my ssn. i thought that was a little fraudulent considering they barely require any info to start the account.

      I use Fiverr excessively like a drug habit. No where else in this World you can literally get $300 value for $5 gig. Last week, I had reason to emailed Fiverr, I received an answer back in 24 hours from a human. My support subject was offering to sell them a Fiverr commercial/jingle called "FIVERR FEVER" that I created. IN the real world of jingle sales, only 1 out of 100 proposals would even get a response from the company being offered the jingle. Fiverr even made encouraging remarks about looking into it further.
      There is NOTHING anyone can say bad (and be true) about Fiverr that the dirt cheap services don't more than make up for. If anyone needs a comedy country jingle/commercial made, my current gig is with Russell Taylor, a Fiverrist. Currently in revision at zero cost beyond my $5. (BIGGEST HEART IN COUNRTY MUSIC AND BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS). You can see I LOVE Fiver services and their customer service....ya?

    Fiverr customer service used to be great, but it's gone downhill in recent months. They are very busy, but they do get back to you eventually usually 48-72 hours in my experience.

    I get an answer with 30 minutes. Being a Top Rated Seller you have more perks than other sellers. But the norm is around 24hrs.

    I have a problem with a seller marking a gig as delivered while in fact they had not delivered the work to me. They were just trying to buy time.

    I have still not gotten a response from Fiverr Support even after sending in 2 complaints.

Right now getting customer service via their website is near impossible, they police their facebook (but complaints on there do seem to get their attention), their sellers are protected by the cancellation policy and that leaves us buyers where exactly? Over to the Better Business Bureau I go to explain my situation, and I hope some of you will consider doing the same.

    I purchased a gig from them last week, $5 gig +$5 extra for a PSD file. Seller didn't do the gig properly and did not send me the PSD file at all.

    Submitted a ticket to fiver support and not heard anything back at all.

    Seller is sending me messages every day trying to bribe me to remove her bad feedback saying she will cancel the gig if I do. I would rather lose $10 than be bribed... the feedback system is there for a reason not so sellers can just bribe their clients into not leaving bad feedback.

    The truth is Fiverr doesn't care anymore about what's being sold through their platform. The QC team isn't as strict at it used to be earlier and support responses are snail slow. It's like you are paying just 5 bucks, so you don't have a right to complain! I've been ripped several times on Fiverr earlier. I use them now too, but am a lot more careful now.

    I've used zendesk before for submiting ticets, but they are really slow in replying to their members. I think if you are a VIP that they'll reply a lot sooner, maybe in the same day if you are lucky.

    Overall, if you have any issue with payements you can request a refund and there is an automated system that will do it for you, no need to contact them unless it's a big problem.

    I still use em. They reply quick to me. Expect to get premium service. Like they are number one for a reason. Most of the time, my problem is that the person does not appear. Well, then you get a refund and all your money. Hey, gotta put some FIVERR in your diet!

    Of course there is a customer support link in the "GET HELP" section in the footer of the fiverr page. here there are two kinds of help support 1. Customer Support 2. Fiverr Forum you can take any one. if here is any money related issue, you can contact the Customer Support, otherwise, you can contact to the Forum to any about anything.

    If you have any issues from fiverr then you will not get any help from their support. I was chasing them for money that I paid for service I didn't receive. This was a special service so it was much more than $5. They didn't reply and I had to submit a paypal dispute - they didn't reply. I had to escalate and only then got my money back.

      Always nice to see the customary wide range of Warrior experiences.

      My own experience is somewhere in the middle of all this: I've asked for help/support only once, but was completely ignored, and never got a reply at all, even when I tried a "tactful reminder". I just dropped it, at that point, having started with low expectations anyway. It just wasn't worth my time, over $5.

      Overall, my experiences of Fiverr have been very good, but I'm very careful what I buy there.

    Hi, John,

    Have you been to the Fiverr forum?
    They usually have a customer person over there to answer questions(not directly), also you will get help & advice directly from Fiverr members.

    I have seen people go looking for something, ask questions and a Fiverr staff quite quickly comes along to help resolve it.
