HELP PLEASE! My PM box is messed up.

It is saying it is full, however it only has 2 messages in it.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Also, how can it be fixed?

        For the sake of being thorough, when you clicked on the red "Private Messages" link, you got a pull down menu and you clicked on the "Sent Items" link?

        Just making sure because sometimes people click on something else.

        Now, if both your inbox and sent items boxes are totally empty, then I would submit a ticket to the HelpDesk.

          Hey Rod,

          I emptied the 2 messages I had in my in box and now it's working fine.

          That is weird though, isn't it?

    Try logging off and logging back on and see if that fixes the problem.

      Tried that. As I already posted, it corrected itself for some strange reason.
