Need help with hiring Virtual Assistant

I have recently decided to hire a VA to find, contact and close leads for me.

The question I have is, should I hire two different VA's? One for finding the leads and once for contacting leads and closing the sale?

I have a posting up, it you could take a look and tell me if I'm asking too much of a VA or if I'm doing it wrong, I would appreciate it.

Thank you

I would personally isolate the two jobs.

If the person could both locate the leads and close them successfully, why would they be working for you?

Maybe try buying the leads, and hiring a telemarketer?

Also, I would write your own telephone closing script.

    Just my $.02

Post the job hourly rather then fixed price. You will attract more users.

if your product is good, then you can hire a great contractor for a low price.

Most of contractors will not be interested in commission based job.

So create strategy. And hire a VA with hourly rate + Small commission

That will work better rather then just a commission. You will not find the right condidate you are looking for.

Alright, sounds good. I've actually been thinking about doing that because I want someone who will work hard and I can give them bonuses for closing a certain number of sales per day, week, and month.. Or something like that.
