Lets say one guy invest 600$ to a build list... and his successes to build list of 250 emails, he can actually not make ROI? as i know you should make ROI in the first month...

there is people who not make ROI with their list?

    ROI even +0.01%, or 1 penny was important for every model of business.

    I've not tried list building or had understand them, but I have tried various business in IM with negative ROI, which were wasting my time and my energy also my money.

      Nothing is guaranteed.

      There are people and companies that spend millions on an idea/concept/product - break the bank - and file for bankruptcy.

      Happens all the time.

      Internet marketing is no different.

    It depends how responsive the list he builds is... if it's a buyers list and came over highly endorsed then the quality will be pretty strong and should be able to get an roi in the first couple months....

    The thing with building a list is that people stay on your list for months or even years before they buy sometimes so to understand how much you can spend on list-building you should understand the lifetime value of your customers a bit better first.
