Are there any website/WP membership sites?

Yes, I tried to Google this...
But I may not have it clear in my mind what I'm asking for...let's see if the WF can fix me up.
Is there a membership site that sells websites and/or WP blogs each month? I mean, sells the theme or design, so that IM'ers can use them for their own purposes?
So that if I don't want to get in the weeds technically I can pick something up each month to use?
