Advice please on paid advertising and off-line sales people

Some advice please since the current project is different (not a physical book) than the previous ones.
What paid methods (from a dollar to hundreds of) would you recommend to promote a product that is a combination E-Book with audio modules, email, and phone coaching (it entails speaking and writing training).
Please by all means it is fine if you plug your own products as long as they relate to the question (thank you so much).
The second question please would be advice in finding people that can market the product off-line since it is a full course and can be perfect for business people, students, or personal use. Where can I advertise for sales people that would promote via phone, in person, email, fax, etc?
