JVzoo - Problems activating product.

I've purchased a product through JVzoo; Long Tail Pro.
When I click the 'Activate your purchase' link on the JVzoo page, it just downloads an unknown file which is named the transaction ID.

My first go to action was contact the person I bought it off, but after a week and several emails back with no reply. My second plan is to ask here.

So, do any of you know how to get this working?

Thanks in advance.

PS. The numbers on the file is not the activation key for Long Tail Pro.

      I'm just hoping someone has been in the same situation and has an simple fix for the file problem.

      The JVzoo support basically says, if you have a problem, contact the person who sold you the product. The same person who isn't contacting me lol.

      "JVZoo.com support cannot give product specific support help."

        If this is a WSO, you might be able to get hold of the product seller by sending a PM... Not usually the preferred option, but maybe his email inbox is hopelessly overstuffed.

        It was Long Tail Pro, and they concluded that the seller "Tracey" was not even authorized to sell the product. I have since bought LTP off the proper seller and everything went smoothly.

        Tracey has been taken off of JVzoo.
