Anyone every have trouble with their Word Press sites working with internet explorer?

I always have used firefox and I was looking at a lot of my newer niche sites with internet explorer and most of them did not show up correctly or even at all. I was curious if this was a common problem with people or is there something i am doing wrong that is causing the messup? I use the all in one seo plugin and thats about it for plugins. Its doing it with pretty much every theme I have so not sure whats causing it?

any info would be great!

Thanks,
Jason

Geezz I cant get any themes to work in Internet Explorer! Cant believe I am just now noticing it. Actually the church theme works ok but none of my adsense themes work.

I am only able to load the header and title of the main post. I am reading a lot how people are having trouble but no solutions. Are there any good themes out their that I can use or we up the creek with this one?

Havent been able to find anything yet but for some reason non of the themes I have works except the church theme but I dont use that much so not going to do me any good I feel dumb for not noticing this before except a friend told me he couldnt view my site so I checked it out and found out IE doesnt like wordpress....

Strange enough even the default themes are not working for me which I would figure would have been coded correctly.

I have experienced it. When I try to upload photos in a flash Uploader the image couldn't be seen only the codes itself. But if your clicked on the preview you can see the images that have been uploaded. And it always saying that install missing plugin.

The only thing that shows up for any of my wordpress sites is the header and first title of the current blog post Not sure whats causing this and I dont remember it always being this way. Its doing it to 4 different computers so its a wide spread problem.

Ok well I just figured out why it was not working in IE for some reason. Each time I would enter a post it would show all this extra stuff under the html section of view. Not sure what it all means or is but if I remove it, it will allow you to view the blog just fine in IE. What I found to be the problem is that I write all my posts in Word and if you cut and past into wordpress it adds code to the html side that is not compatible with IE. So I feel dumb and problem is solved.

    Thanks,

You should never paste directly into your site. Use the word or text button to paste any content and let the css style sheet do all the work.

Of course lousy code behind the theme will not help either.

I just saw this thread Jason and headed of to IE to try my sites. All ok.

Thanks for working out the problem.

I always write directly into WP or use notepad - I've had too many difficulties in the past with copying and pasting from Word and getting a stack of redundant code.

I always try to remember to check in various browsers - and recently downloaded Safari. I saw one of my sites a few days ago on a client's (ultra) wide screen monitor. It looked odd, with the pictures displaying at random sizes. They're embedded in a table, so at least they were staying in the right place!
