Is This Allowed On Warrior Forum?

Just wondering what your thoughts on Network Marketing as a business model?

I see it as pretty viable.. Was wondering what other warriors thought about the subject.

Are we able to talk about Network Marketing on Warrior forum? If not, my apologies!

Just have a look around for MLM thread on warriors and you will see what people think about it .... its a big discussion point and people on both sides have strong points .... So in the end the discussion goes nowhere ...

      Over and over and over...

Pick one thread, read it, and you can skip the rest.

If you want to be loved and popular the answer
is "No." I've been a member for 10 years now
and Warriors were never, generally speaking,
    in favor of MLM.

Perhaps because it was never really considered
as "internet marketing" or because so many
people have failed at it, or maybe because
so many companies have tarnished that
name .. just pick your reason. Just do a
quick search and you'll see what I mean.

If you use the search feature of the forum and do an advanced keyword only search of the main discussion forum using "mlm" for your first search you'll find tons of threads about mlm, networking marketing, etc.

There are plenty of Warriors who participate in network marketing, some do it fulltime. However, the culture and discussion is geared more toward other business monetization models such as affiliate marketing, creating your own products, etc.

CPA marketing, mobile marketing, offline marketing have their own subforums, so those discussions are held there. Many mlmers use many of the IM tactics and strategies to grow their own businesses as well.

You are allowed to discuss anything about "making money" in the main discussion forum as long as it doesn't belong in one of the other sub-forums (examples: PPC, SEO, CPA, Social networking, product reviews, etc. belong on other subforums) and as long as it complies with the forum rules (the stickys at the top of the main forum).

Some people here love network marketing but they don't openly discuss it because there are irrational people who will jump all over you if you bring it up. They don't argue with facts, generally, and pretty much go on pure emotion. The threads generally aren't positive and it's counter productive, just my observation.

So it's not a common topic that is brought up compared to others.
