I'm going to be promoting wso offers that specialize in how to make money
on YouTube like instruction videos & software tools.

What would be a good theme for this I plan on having a lot of videos on the site.

    I use WooThemes Canvas and the Instabuilder plugin. The theme is clean and makes it easy to display videos and Instabuilder rocks at creating great sales pages that embed videos
