So I've been testing my website to see what makes google and bing think that I bounced from the page. When I arrive to one of my pages from a web search I read the article and then leave the page, some of my articles take 30 seconds to read, some take a couple minutes. Seems like if I read the article and then close the webpage it counts as a bounce. But sometimes I see in analytics that someone stays on my page for 5 seconds and it doesn't consider it a bounce. Is it a bounce only if they don't go to any other pages or something?
What constitutes bounce rate?
