Thats awesome! I made my first sale overnight while I slept. woke up to $20 in my account. I was sold from that point on!
Then I just kept doing the same thing on a larger scale and soon everything just took off! Keep it up. do it again and again and soon you'll be rollin in dough!

Next, after the first sale, there will be more pouring in. But what you must do is knowing what you did is RIGHT. So, the next step will be REPLICATE the success!

Focus what you did to bring in the FIRST sale and repeat the process. If you have other niches, do the same for those.

Remember once you know what you DID is correct, REPEAT the process. Don't re-invent the wheel. Do exactly the same thing that brought the first sale.

I always write down what I do and when there is a sale, I know what I did is correct.

The first sale is always awesome. I got my first a few years ago using dropshipping...made a cool 3 cents on eBay!

My second sale was slightly better...unfortunately I wasn't really paying that much attention to my site and the product had been miscontinued so I had to refund that sale :-s gutted.

Congrats on that sale. I will always remember that feeling of seeing my first sale. Let me also suggest that you start thinking about what else you can create. Create an audio of the same material, print it out and bind it iwth comb binding. Now you have an upsell.

Keep pushing and Good work...many people just talk about wanting to sell on the internet, but you are actually a real internet marketer who has made a real sale..

Ok, now for some tough love.

Went to your sales page "5 Triggers". I think you can improve it and get more sales:

Content is ok, but the look and feel screams cheesy.
I recommend that you clean up the look using a more updated salespage template
Get rid of the fonts using dark blue against light blue background
Your bullet lists don't line up with the bullets
Misspelling "gonna" as used "what I'm gona reveal to you". Would not recommend slang in body of salesletter except for a very specific reason. In the context of your salesletter, you are talking to doctors and dentists....use of slang definitely not appropriate.
Your value tactic of saying you should charge $399 to $499... for a 21 page ebook is empty. Build value instead by pointing out how much time the buyer of your product will save them by getting your report...
What, no bonuses? Bonuses are expected. Get some PLR gathering dust off your hard drive, rewrite and repackage it, and offer it as a bonus. Sell the bonus and give away the product....What about making a mp3 audio of the report and offering it as a bonus?
An ebook cover in your salesletter would lend authenticity to this being a real product.

You do have some great testimonials. Can you get some pics of the people giving you testimonials? That would be even more powerful.

I have a suggestion: Redo your salesletter with some of the suggestions above, and then give it away to build your list. Promote an eCourse built around your 5 Triggers. In your autoresponder, use the 5 triggers to deliver an ecourse to your list.

Then as you build a relationship with the people on your list, you will be able to market and sell to them much more than $4.95 reports.
