Showing different website content to your list members

Hey all

Is there any way to show different content to visitors of your website, based on whether or not they have subscribed to your autoresponder? (I'm on Wordpress & Getresponse).

Whether using cookies or any other method?

I'm no coder, so I'd prefer if there was a software/plugin option. But if you have advice with simple bits of code, do chime in.

I'd like to show them a different version of a page, and also, different sidebars and popups.

Thanks

This is a good question. I've never done it, except through tracking and redirects for sales pages. For instance, person doesn't take me up on offer, so I chain redirects. It works great with ads, but as for constantly changing pages, I would like to know, too.

      Hi Snow Predator,

For that you'd probably need some membership site software.

The one I use is MemberGate, so I can only speak from personal experience (all the others I used previously fell by the wayside, compared with MG).

With MemberGate you can set up as many member plans as you like and members only have access to the sections you designate under a particular plan.

Of course, that might be a bit of overkill for what you want. But, if you're serious about growing your business, you should certainly think about that. You can get it, right now, for $197 a month.

      Warmest regards,

      Paul

If you want to stack the copywriting deck in your favor with tricks and hacks producing winners like: "$20K in three days" "650 sold" "30% conversion", then you might like to know I'm retiring and will spill the beans to two people. More info here.

Hi Paul, I love your site. It has a real down-to-earth feel and I like the personal touch. The intro video was very informative and you can tell that there's a REAL person behind the site.

I deal with a lot of membership sites and most look pretty cold and people trying to be bigger than they are. Customers want the real deal, NOT some corporate entity.

An "ugly" site with heart will outsell a "pretty" site that's just looks (and no content), every time!

You could password protect your posts and let your email subscribers know the password when they sign up. This is a little clunky but it's cheap and easy to set up.

This is the way to do it.. But the Non subscriber would not be able to see the content & see a register page.

And it would be better if he could be redirected to a optin page. But this i really don't know how to do.

      Cheers,
