Email Marketing List - How to Avoid Resending

I have been sending email lists for some time now, but my SMTP server has struggled with not sending to blacklisted emails. Is there a way to create a database of emails that a list shouldn't contain (blacklisted emails), so that the campaign doesn't reach the same person multiple times?

    What’s your “blacklist” mean? It is refer to bounce or unsubscribe?
    I think you should clean your email list to remove unsubscribers. What’s more, most professional email marketing solution such as Comm100 offers the function about block list, which enables you not send emails to non-existent email addresses or people who no longer wish to receive your emails.
