Does flippa pay to Indian users via paypal or via any other source?

    Flippa doesn't pay you. The buyer pays you. You can choose Paypal or Escrow. You could also put in the listing an alternative method, but that's between you and the buyer.

    Flippa doesn't normally evaluate your site. If you contact their support, they may, but I don't know.

      Actually not. They are a commercial adspace provider for websites and domains. The only interaction they have with the actual sales is to suspend either a buyer or seller for fraud. They do not mediate any more than Warrior Forum mediates between buyers and sellers in the WSO forum.
