Hi Guys,

I can't figure this out and it's driving me mad

I want to get an opt-in form into my websites header. Just like this

Does anyone know how to do it?

Cheers!

I can't tell you how to create one but I know that Adrienne Smith had one created for her blog very recently.

She mentions Mark Trueman of ZenSpill as the guy who did it for her in her post
about it. I think it was more of a favor than something he does ordinarily.

You could probably get it done on fiverr.

    Hi Ben,

The easiest way is using a WordPress theme which allows you to show a top right header.

So the site logo would sit on the left and the optin form on the right.

A little more involved obviously but that's how's it done.

Just put the code in your header file.

The site you mentioned went old school and simply used a table to format the header. The form simply sits in one cell of the table.
