How do I get a bad review page on Blogspot taken down?

Someone has created a review site on blogspot which is defamatory.

There are several lies and untruths on that page and in fact I would class it as libelous

As the site is owned by blogspot I'm not sure who to send the Cease and Desist letter to?

      But be aware that they strongly believe in freedom of expression, and it will have to be really defamatory and in an offensive way, to get them to agree to remove it.

        Keep in mind your letter might be posted by the person writing the original review. Many poorly thought out letters end up being posted, making you look even worse. This is not something you want to hastily write and send in a moment of anger.

    Lies AND untruths? The poster is an overachiever.

    Keep in mind that 'libel' has a very specific legal meaning. Before you pull the trigger on that gun, make sure it's loaded (with proof that the page is damaging you, as well as the statements made being false).

    Brian can correct me if I'm wrong, but claiming that a poster lied and claiming libel are not the same thing.
