Can anyone recommend a WP Plugin for project submission and bidding?

INTERNET MARKETING

I'm looking for a plugin that essentially does what WP Freelance Pro or SiteMile's ProjectTheme do, but as a plugin only and not a complete theme... just something that can be added to an existing WP site that gives functionality similar to eLance, where developers can register, people can post their project details, and developers can bid on the project, then communicate with the buyer throughout the process.

Is there anything out there that does this already or do I need to build it from scratch?

I haven't looked at it but was reading a post yesterday about an auction plugin that's available at the WP plugin repository. Might be able to use something like that or use it as a base and adapt the code to suit your needs.

The only one I could find is a theme unfortunately. You may be able to install it into a sub-domain of your existing site though
