A free affiliate tracking system?

I've been thinking about starting up an affiliate program to have other people promote my products or services... but i have run into a little road block.

I'm not a programmer and i don't have the funds to pay a developer to write software for me. Does anyone know of a "third party" affiliate tracking program where there is no upfront cost, but they simply take a percentage of your income/sales?

If there are none that require "no upfront cost" can someone atleast tell me of an affordable program which would be good for someone to test the waters in running an affiliate program?

Good afternoon. I am looking for the same solution. I was thinking a simple solution might be: paydotcom - which is Mike Filsaime's Co. - However... I asked a question to their Help Desk 3 months ago and have still NOT received an answer from them.
