    hi jordan,
do you have a website with a list? because - personally i have a huge list of scrappers (around 9,000 - don't laugh ;-)) and whenever I sent out an email with an offer it's good for some 100$ - even in that niche.
I do the same on my other site - livingformondays.com and it works just fine
If you are interested, I can help, just PM me

Your website is currently down so I can't see it to give advice.

You should be driving traffic to your site with the aim of building your list and then using your list to market the products you're promoting. You'll do best if you focus on a small amount (around 4) of quality products and promote them over and over again to your list rather than sending new offers for 'the best new product' every week.

I saw Monja say something about list, can you go a little further into detail about that and yes my website is down I've found a couple products that I like on clickbank. I'm going to buy one like many have suggested and start promoting the hell out of it lol.

If vapor-head.com is your site I think you have made the mistake of trying to promote too many unrelated products. You'll have greater success if you narrow your focus to just one product.

Also title tags are quite important for SEO your site is using: My Website > Just another WordPress site. This doesn't tell the search engine what your site is about.

    Don't ever give up!!!

Try video marketing, create really simple review videos, with the product name as the name of the video.
In the description say more or less what you said in the video with the product name 5-6 times.
For tags go to the Google keyword tool insert the product name, and there you have tags- you can use top ten searches for tags.
Or you can go to the top videos for that product and copy the tags.

video marketing is fast and it works for you 24/7-the only thing is that you have to put as many videos up as you can,the more videos the more money you make.
If you need more help you are welcome to PM me

Your site layout and idea are good. The gray background on the text is terrible. It should be white so people can read it.

The way to profit on a site like that, which is basically a review site, is with Google traffic.

You need to make sure you use keywords people are actually searching for, and that relate to the products. Then get some back-links.

    Hi...

What exactly have you done to "work your ass off" with Clickbank marketing? By evaluating your past and current efforts we can better decide what works and what doesn't for you.

    Much Success,

Thanks Everyone for your Replies. I will reset the theme to something with a better contrast and cut my products to a single product. As far as the videos I absolutely hate being on camera, but I think I could work around it.

Also should I be using CB Goliath. It kinda seems like an add buster. I probably just don't know how to manipulate it. I'm pushing hard for that first sale! Thanks for your support guys!

Totally agree with what has been said so far...

You also need to understand who your target audience is, what are the demographics... make sure you are promoting an offer that your traffic wants and is qualified for. by qualified i mean, that if the person is a young age 25-30 female with high income and no kids would they be interested in baby products? probably not...

But how about handbags, or new shoes or other high value offers... then the changes are they are more likely to buy.

    Hope this helps
    Kev

it does take time to put the pieces together, IM is a huge topic. however, it is doable with the right help, nothing is more frustrating as if you don't know where to start. been there, done that.
however, you can find people to put your site together but you can't repeat that except you hire her or him again. so in the long run, depending on what you are looking for, it might be a good idea to learn

      What people????

So many people on here have this "belief" that everyone else is making money except for them.

      Not true.

The vast majority of people are struggling, but will tell you otherwise.

If you have a budget, I'd be happy to help you.

      Otherwise, "good luck".

Should I just forward my website to the affiliate page or is that too easy of a route? Right now I'm just kind of gathering data figuring out which direction I'm going to take this. I initially had the idea of selling vapor cigs through affiliate marketers, but I decided to take the clickbank right because I've seen how so many people are making money through the program and from what I can tell clickbank seem to be immortal lol.

    Hi All,

As Jordan I am in the same boat here. Have been working my tail off on Social Media, posting free info to get prospects on my social media profiles, commenting to where "I think" are similar niche sites, but I am not sure what are the best blogs to post on or where to find them. I am not giving up either, but it gets overwhelming he he.
Now I ran a website SEO audit and it said that my website needed more meat - I am trying to come up with content all on my own now because to start off I paid for help writing content, then recently migrated my static site to WP (outsourced) and he did a half fast job. Now learning WP and trying to figure out what the best approach is to get more exposure as he removed my CTA buttons and some other affiliate products in the name of "cosmetic changes" ugh!

Additionally, I've been reading complaints about my Affiliate Program (product) as it brings the user to another website from my page. Is it really that bad? I personally dislike the "don't leave the page yet" pop ups, but the AP wont change that. I am sure prospects may feel the same way? Also, should Is it a good idea to create other sites? I am thinking it is best to get one thing going then move to the next as I tend to be all over the place with at least 34 pages open with info in two browsers and "to do lists" (I know- don't laugh lol)
    Thoughts?

I'd also appreciate any help or constructive criticism on my website.

    Thanks in advance

Do you have an email list? If not you should start here, and email to your list every few days. I'm confident that the basics of internet marketing will yield you a sale very quickly. It is:

    1) Build a squeeze page
    2) Get an autoresponder
    3) Drive folks to your squeeze page to sign up
    4) Email them every 3 days with good content (and include your sales page link)
    5) Wait for them to buy
    6) Continue to get more new subscribers
    7) Profit

Randal & Alexa thanks for your tips

      1. Don't have a squeeze page yet, but working on one with a video.
      2. Do you mean the email autoresponder? I have one that tells says: thanks for contacting us bla bla... will get back to you as soon as I can. Could you please be more specific in terms of what I should do differently?
      3. Drive folks to your squeeze page to sign up ( I am currently running a Mother's day Giveaway for a NUTRIBULLET ) and for some odd reason mostly friends are participating :/
      4. How do I come up with so much content every 3-4 days? I've been working on two articles for about a week.
      5. Waiting I have been... lol
      6. Yes, that is exactly what I am trying to accomplish

I also started following sites related to my niche on tweeter (150 or more) .
Trying to engage my users on FB with at least 3-4 posts a day (images mainly)

      How does that sound?

      Webboost ~

Wise advise! That is exactly what I am focusing on...Finding exactly what they want in my niche and then give it to them.

      @John ~
I agree to that on some degree. My challenge right now is weeding reviews to see whether they are real or just "helping each other" to make a buck. I've ran into a couple of.. ahh, yes it sounds to good to be true, even with the pretty words and video offers. It never ends off and online, but that's ok.
Do I have a budget absolutely. A very tight one right now 0_o thanks for your answers guys.
