I have an idea for a goal setting program that I'm going to sell. But I have a problem, I hate to write. Plus, I don't want to spend months and months writing something that may not sell.

How can I go about creating this product without me having to write it.

    1. Hire a ghostwriter to do all your writing.

    2. Create an audio product and/or have the
audio transcribed into a written document

    3. Create a video based product.

I would go with John here. If I had to go with one option then that would be to hire a ghost writer. That way in case you want to have an audio or a video made you won't have to pay extra to get a script written (impromptu motivation is NEVER a good idea).

    Just my two cents.

Thats is a great idea. Another idea I was thinking about was finding experts and doing interviews. Whether the interview be email or phone. How do i find them and get in touch with them.

Do a Google search or blog search

Find experts who have blogs on the topic and contact them on their contact form.

Search Amazon: Check out the authors of the top selling books in your niche. Authors will be used to giving interviews.

Search Press releases. They will give you a ready-made list of people who actively want publicity.

Most people seeking publicity will have contact details.

        Hope this helps

Sure, do videos. You can do it with images, animations, screenshots, screencast, etc. With a voice over.

Video is a good idea. But if you're not sure it will sell, this won't help. Make sure you've got something people really find pleasure in or NEED to avoid pain.

You have been given some very good ideas, either hire someone to write or make videos.
I would have preferred to have hired someone to write for me..
    Good Luck

Outsourcing and voice-to-text software like Naturally Speaking are easy and affordable ways to create informational products.

For those that are weak with the English language but still want to generate income, outsourcing can be your lifeblood.

  • You can outsource your writing to a ghostwriter but you could also add other content to you site like video, audio, images. They work just as well, and if you create great video or images, they could even go viral.

If you hate writing hire a writer or create a different kind of product (not all products need to be eBooks).

I agree, a video/audio product is the way to go. As an added bonus, products containing video support/tutorials, usually have a higher perceived value. Plus, you won't have to write anything.
Outsourcing could help you as far as a pdf or e-book format product, but if you're serious about conversions you will include video support in your product anyway. So either way, I recommend the video angle. I myself am a visual learner and it always helped me, whether in college or business or whatever, to have visual aids. In addition, it will also help people to get an idea of your personality, and that always boosts conversions as well.
Best of luck either way, and here's to your success!
