Having a Problem with Uploading a Profile Image! HELP!

Warriors every time I try uploading my profile image. I am redirect to a page that said invalid file. I have done exactly what they require 150x 150 pixels but still not getting through can someone guide me please, I will appreciate it .

    Besides the maximum image size being 150 by 150 pixels, make sure your image "file size" is 100.0 KB or less. Maybe you are using a PNG. Try a JPG.

    I hope the image that you are trying to upload is upto the standards of warrior forum and their rules and regulations... no offensive and sexually exploited etc...
