Affiliate Tracking Help

Im having trouble figuring out a way to get an affiliate program going for my product. We have our payment and registration system all tied into one and there is a lot of moving parts.

The user fills out their membership info, they then can choose 1 of 4 payment options. Either between 2 monthly payment plans or 2 lifetime plans. Once they choose which option and hit register they are taken to paypal. Once they pay, their account info is then created, their account is automatically activated on our site for the particular plan they paid for and they are emailed their account information.

The trouble Im having is every affiliate program I am seeing requires specialized buttons and thank you pages which won't work at all for this type of setup. I basically just need something that will track the cookies from the affiliate link and give credit to the affiliate once the payment is received. I can't be setting up all new buttons to track affiliates as our system was a pain to get right to begin with and would require a huge coding overhaul to try and work with something like clickbank or JVZOO considering our current setup.

Anybody have any ideas? Even the slightest bit of help or direction would be much appreciated. Thanks.

If you want to do it right I'd go with the coding overhaul. If you don't you will pay for it in the long run with headaches, fraudulent leads and shady affiliates looking to rip you off.

Employ someone to do it for you. I know it seems like hassle, but trust me, it's cheaper to that now than pay for it in the long run.

Even with a coding overhaul it seems to me the fact that my product has 4 options, 2 of them subscription based and 2 of them being one time purchases leads to big headaches with these programs. I may be wrong but im having trouble wrapping my head around it. They all seemed to be setup for a 1 set price sort of system.
