I have two questions.

(1) There is a website owner who publishes my content not only on his website but also on 'Yahoo Shine' too. The traffic of 'Yahoo Shine' goes to his website through my article. Now, obviously, I am getting traffic from his website too. But, I want to ask, if he's publishing my content on 'Yahoo Shine', then why can't I? How can I do this?

There are Facebook & Twitter shares on my article but the main beneficiary of the traffic is that website owner... This is my content, and I want to proclaim my authority.

(2) What term do we use in English for interesting past stories, and personalities? For example, If I want to learn about Athenians, Romans, and Persians, which specific term do I need to use for searching books on them? And, if I want to learn something about personalities, like Aristotle or Genghis Khan, what should I write? Biographies?

Thank you!

Regards.

If it is your content and you can establish that you are the author, you should have the copyright of the material and you can file DMCA takedown notices.

I would expect that Yahoo will comply promptly and remove it.

If he doesn't remove your material, you can
    1. contact a lawyer to pursue legal action
      or
    2. contact his hosting and they will probably have the content removed.

...Even if you're on the right track, you'll get run over if you just set there.

1, post a blog on yahoo shine, easy. If you cant its because its looking at his content first. Take legal action or notify Yahoo!

2, use Thesaurus.com | Find Synonyms and Antonyms of Words at Thesaurus.com

So, is it easy to post blog on 'Yahoo Shine'? Is the decision of publishing content in our hands, or their hands?

And, what should I do on Thesaurus? What are you trying to say?
