thinking to switch to something else

all my money coming from internet was made by making sites, flipping them, selling them in flippa, and also adsense
I was able to make more than 12K in less than 2 months only by doing this.
now I think is time to try something else
ps: I won't quit what i'm doing (flipping sites) but I want to try other ways
what do you suggest me ??

    Like you already mentioned, dont quit what you are doing if you are already making that kind of money from it, maybe even think of going bigger with it.
    If I was just starting out right now, I would definitely start with building a list. I think of all the time wasted creating adsense sites just to watch them "G" burn them and that income disappear. Now I dont have to play by "G" rules and feel pretty damn good about that

    Teach people on how you did already. You can create ebooks and sell them. You can sell them on various affiliate networks like clickbank, paygear, etc. Set it and forget it.

    Money would literally flows to your bank account automatically. And at the same time, you can do what you did as usual.
