How do you make your review sites? Plugins, themes, or software?

I know this has been a topic before but I can't find something that is easy and quick.

What do you use?

Do you know of any software or quick ways to put together a site. It always takes me a couple hours to make something decent even using these themes.

      It might just be a matter of figuring out how to work these themes. Im new to Review style websites. Im hoping theres something that is easy to work with because I want to make a lot of these sites.

        Why don't you outsource your work then?

              I always buy themes at ThemeForest and some magazine themes already have the review system in place. So, it will take you just a few minutes to set it up. You just have to populate it with content and information.
