CB product creation in weight loss niche? What can and cant i say?

Im about to get a sales script done for a CB weight loss product. How can I find out what Im allowed and not allowed to say. Who would I speak to?

I just did a video script about ObamaCare and Clickbank didn't approve a few portions of the copy (being initially put up as a sales letter - for testing) because of some really stupid stuff (that's a technical term.)

A few of the problems are easy fixes. But there were also a couple instances that are infringing on the freedom of speech.

I was honestly shocked. One instance had a few quotes by Hitler. But it was done tastefully and it's designed to steer people towards taking positive, freedom-affirming action.

Anyway...

My point is...

There are some basic guidelines you need to follow to get your script approved by Clickbank, but they aren't consistent in the criticisms they give people.

I've gotten scripts approved that were far more inflammatory than the one I just described.

So just get the script written by someone who understands that it's being written for CB. And if CB needs you to revise a few parts, it's not a big deal. Just move forward.

Are you selling it as affiliate or it's your own product?

1) Read clickbanks terms and conditions

2) check other programs in the market place similar to that

3) any questions or uncertainties, then contact clickbank, waiting for their response.

4) Follow all of their rules, and don't bend any

  Click bank is one thing, but what you really need to watch out for are both the FDA and FTC. The FTC not so much unless you're making income claims.
  
  But the FDA will take issue anytime you make any statement that could be construed as a claim that infringes on a medical patent or that you claim cures anything.
