mobile phone site questions

Hi everyone
im just wondering the best way to use mobile sites, do you create an app to redirect to your website?
Do you just give your customers a web address?
just wondering how people are creating sites and how they selll them to there customers.
Anyone got ideas on how to set up a business selling mobile sites?

    This is a pretty decent tutorial on it:

    You have to set up different stylesheets and media queries for what you want to be displayed.

        If you are a web designer you must have clients already. Get some stats on how many people visit their site via a mobile and explain these people will not have as good an experience and much less likely to do what you want.

        But if you had a responsive website you will convert more people
