I havent used youtube for traffic yet so I'm curious..how well does youtube traffic convert?

I tried facebook and I must say its the cheapest and the lowest quality traffic I've ever had...if quality is measured using conversion rates.

    Any traffic will convert if you get targeted enough and have a good enough marketing/sales message. But every overall traffic source CAN convert...it's about getting good at making it convert

    YouTube has been some of the best converting traffic I have had....But like John Romaine said offer? market? audience?....It depends on your niche who you are promoting to and what you have to offer them....In general I have made and continue to make good passive income from YouTube...

    Youtube converts. It's a big a search engine as any and way easier to get great rankings than Google. Like the above posters say you have to know what is popular there and who you are trying to reach. Just check out the competition in the niche for the offer you are promoting.

    YouTube Rocks! The problem with social media advertising is that most people come online to check on their social network. When they see your ad. You are interrupting them.

    People come to youtube to search specific terms
    People come to Facebook for social reasons. (they are not looking for something specific)

    I think that's a big difference. Don't you?

      That's a good point and YouTube is now the second largest search engine after Google....People are searching YouTube to find the answers to their problems...Which means highly targeted converting traffic if you have a good video that is optimized right....

    If your information is good, the traffic is great. if it stinks, then you have other issues to worry about. I have always found YouTube to be a good source for new leads.

    i make crappy videos and it turns into affiliate sales so i like the traffic. the epc is low but it's still money for videos that take like 2-3 minute sto make,
