Does anyone know a blogger in the skin care niche that i can do a JV or solo ad with?

Here's What I would do:

I Would Google for skin care blogs and check if they are building a list.
(If they give away something for free in trade for your e-mail, you know that they are building a list)
If they do, e-mail them and ask if they want to make money with sending out a e-mail to their list.

Check youtube for skin care videos, even health and beauty products and if them videos link to a website then go to them to see if there is contact information on them. Contact the website owner and ask if they have a list.

Many youtube videos are advertising some sort of health care product.
