Examples of Successful Affiliate Marketing Websites

Hi All,
I'm new to the forum, so here's a big HI from me.

I have one initial question, which i'm will be very helpful to most:
Please can you share lists of some successful affiliate marketing websites! Whether they are owned by you or are just great examples of good affiliate sites, it would be amazing to study what works and what doesn't.

Also, please post on here some examples of very bad or unsuccessful affiliate marketing websites.

Many thanks in advance guys...

To find out successful affiliate website, just go to clickbank, pick any product, and then, type the product name in Google.

You will see many site pop up. click on the Adword ads, and you will see those who should be successful since they are paying to get visitors (they should have a good ROI).

I forgot, you can also visit this thread where I gave a live example: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...blueprint.html

    All the best,

In my humble opinion, a good example of an affiliate marketing website is:

I find the best way to find those sites, their keywords and overall strategy is using some of the new software out there. Affiliate elite is great but I ppc bully is a more powerful version of it.

A good place to look might be the web site of Rosalind Gardner, the author of the Super Affiliate Handbook.

She's got a blog that's interesting to read. She's also got a message forum on her site. It doesn't seem to be super active, but there are people posting messages from time to time.

Her site (not an affiliate link) is:

Make Money Online with Super Affiliate Rosalind Gardner

I've seen her post good-looking affiliate sites and talk about what makes them good ones.

    Jon,

I did a quick Google search of broad keywords in markets. I scrolled for what looked like affiliate sites.

Here are a few I found:

Weight Loss --> Weight Loss Pills | Weight Loss Diets, Tips, Methods, Advice
Gain Weight --> How To Gain Weight and Build Muscle Fast
Dog Obedience --> How To Train A Dog, dog training tips and techniques for home based dog trainers

The two-word keyword phrases above are EXACTLY what I typed into Google then I found those sites on page 1.

Study them to see what is working for them and that should give you a great idea of where to start.

    • Hi Jon, As others have said, smart affiliates don't share their sites or other affiliate's sites on forums. Most have had their sites copied or ideas stolen doing that.

I'd agree with searching Google to find good affiliate sites, but FIRST...

Have you picked a niche yet, or do you have a rough idea of what market you want to promote. You should try to do that 1st as the type of affiliate site could vary greatly. A good ebook type affiliate site won't work at all or be suitable for a Dish Network site or a site selling quitars.

Certain markets tend to have lots of affiliates using blogs, others landing pages and others the long sales letter type format. So you may want to 1st work on narrowing down a niche and then search Google to find out what the top affiliate sites in that niche are doing.

Hope this helps and best of luck!

Here's a question along the same vein as the original. How do you tell if a niche has great affiliate programs to offer? I know that you can find affiliate programs by googling affiliate + (niche) -- but when you find them, how do you evaluate them? That's something I'm still trying to learn. Any thoughts or advice on this?
