I need help with my business plan.

I'm going to college for Journalism (starting next semester) and I have a huge business plan. knowing and dabbling in Internet marketing, SEO, SEM, Etc. I know alot, and have a complete plan, but I need some help on the Idea's. Here's what I have so far.

1. I plan to write 3-10 Articles a Day
a. Should I sell these as a "used copy" to one individual then post on sites where I gain pay via amount of views, or just sell them and rights to them to people for a bigger price.
b. Once we've established Letter B, where do I submit these for maximum profit?

2. I plan to write 5-10 Page Eguides, every 1-3 days.
a. I plan on selling these myself, on niche blogs, and then linking them to my next step via amazon associates.

3. I plan on writing 1 Ebook a week, 30+ pages on a niche subject.
a. Should I self-publish these to Amazon, Ebay, Barnes & Nobles, or All of the Above, or should I sell these directly from my niche sites mentioned in 2a.

4. The goal is, using the traffic from the articles, on already established sites, I will drive the traffic to the eguides, then on the eguides, I will collect Emails using constant contact or etc. and then market when I have a new guide or ebook come out in the same niche. I will then not only in the ebook, but also in the email marketing, I will link to the Ebooks, which end up linking to my Personal Blog.

5. My personal blog will show samples of my article writing, sending links to my articles on sites such as Hubpages, triond, and show case my ebook collection, with a visual "book case" that you click on a book case, and it expands and allows you to buy it directly from me, or from amazon, etc. etc.

6. This creates a literal untraceable "web" of links (untracable as the links will be in the ebooks themselves and emails, therefore deleteing any link from e-guide to the ebooks and the ebooks, from my personal blog. Since google can not yet read e-book content and doesn't have the rights to view my emails through another company, this makes a "gap" in their system, but not in mine.)

So here's the questions.
1. Where do I start?
2. Go back and answer the question stated from 1a&b
3. Should I make an Ebook and Build down, or make articles and Build up?
4. Will this "web" work at successfully boosting my traffic and organic seo?

Thank you!

That's a pretty good plan in terms of what you want to do, but not by when.

Is this achievable, as that's a lot of content to be writing week in and week out?

My question is, what sets you apart as a writer from others who also do this? Is there anything unique about your service? Having a USP will make a massive difference to the speed of your success.

I commend you on investing the time in developing
    a business plan.

However, you are in danger of falling into a common
trap... Writing and publishing articles, eguides and
ebooks in multiple niches and building a portfolio of
    multiple niche sites.

If I was in your position, I would pick a single market
and I would develop my brand and identity in that one
market. Not only will this build a strong brand, it will
also avoid unnecessary duplication of effort. For example
in a single market you will need fewer autoresponders and
you can concentrate your SEO efforts on one topic.

I agree. It's much better to focus on 1 thing when you're starting out. If you want to brand yourself, the quality of your content is very important. Don't do many things all at once but take small chunks each time.

I say this often but I'll say it again. It's not about grabbing big numbers all at once, but having small success then multiply.

Just focus on 1 thing and make it a success first, then start expanding little by little.

    Hi...

Jesus, that's an amazing amount of writing that you have in your plan. You are setting yourself up for early burnout unless you plan to outsource part of the writing.

Trust me, I'm not worried about burning out
    2. This isn't the business plan, that's 4 pages long.
    3. By spreading myself in hundreds if not thousands of microniches:
    a. I provided hundreds if not thousands streams of income adding up to a river of income that like that famous t.v. marketer once said "set it and forget."
    b. With thousands of microniches, if something becomes obsolete, I don't have to jump on the next marketing band wagon in hopes of quick cash..
    3. I want a list of sites that pay me based on amount of article views/ I can ad adsense too. Because I want to use my own articles to bring traffic to my own written empire instead selling to the highest bidder, I'm an entrepreneur not a contract worker.
    4. Would my traffic "web" increase my serps or not?
    5. I want to sell real products, something actually usible, not hook members on a system which pays for referals. That's dumb. As a customer I just want a damn answer for my problem not to get hooked on the next get rich scheme.
    6. Once again, I'm going to school to learn to write, I love and am good at writing, so this is not a hassle for me, its not promoting something I don't believe in. Or asking for referals its selling real products to real people. This would be a dream career for me, not something I can't explain to my family how I made ex amount of money, I can be proud of selling real products I made, to people I recruited and built a relationship with.
    7. The end goal is within 4 years to have the "empire" run on autopilot.
    8. How can I make cheap, duplicatible one ebook landing pages and make it a 10-30 minutes "system" from installing a cms (perferably wordpress or a custom one built specifically these purposes. ) to end result.
    Thank a lot!

      Hey ...

I must say you have one hell of a plan ....

You need a good plan for traffic generation ... you writing can get you buyers but you need to be found in this huge internet mess ....

You will be needing backlinking and social media stuff to rank you.

I think it will be best to test drive with a single niche website ... experiment with everything and then move forward ... i am afraid if you will expand in the start then it will be impossible to figure out what is working better and what is not ... test each and everything and then press more on the effective things ...

This might be a little bit off topic, but, there is an article written talking about a study that was done that said, "those who write a business plan are more likely to follow through on the business".

For anyone wanting to start a business that hadn't this piece of data might come in handy! Also, for you coaches out there this would be a good marketing strategy to implement either via product, or, to give, and, coach your students in a 6 week course.
