Warrior Forum Guide For Newbies Detailing The Basics of Internet Marketing

Hi All....

I am simply amazed by the frequency of similar threads started here that basically go, "I am a newbie. How to I make money online?" There are like 2-5 threads a day started in this niche.

Every once in a while I'll go into the thread and give my 2 cents. Other experienced Warriors do the same, all trying to help out.

The problem is that the newbies are asking the same questions, and getting the same answers. Who knows how many of them actually use the info themselves (although I know that many lurking newbies benefit from the information provided).

I know that there are guides in the WSO section, but I think that the Warrior Forum members would benefit from having a free guide (maybe as a sticky in the main board) that answers these basic questions for those newbies.

This will free up a lot of time for those Warriors who do try to providing assistance, plus it would clean up the threads by not having so many redundant threads saying almost the exact same thing.

Sure, I know that newbies can use the search function, but they rarely seem to do this.

Just my opinion. Not a rant or anything. I'm not upset at all. Just a suggestion.

Much Success,

JoeMack

That's a good idea. One of the main moderators here Paul has a handy dandy guide to the warrior forum. I certainly got something out of it I think this is the link:

Yeah, you do see a lot of "repeat" threads.

Guess a few stickies would help. Probably have a sticky about using the Search function before you start a thread?

That would help people get started plus cut down on the repeat threads at the same time.

A guide most likely will not fix this because I've seen it time after time, most newbies would rather ask a question instead of using the search function.

You know what that's called? plain old fashion laziness.

There's a million ways to make money online, and they change over time. That is why we have a forum.

Very true. For some strange reason, many newbies think that asking questions on the forum (even very basic questions) is them doing "work" in their internet marketing venture. And it simply isn't.

Using the search feature would answer 90% of their questions.

I think you bring up very valid points JoeMack. I've been part of this community for a good while, And it was through this forum and Coaching that I became a successful internet marketer.

Alot of it is that they have the Mentality of the push button profits and no work involved, I know because I used to be just like that.

I think having a Sticky at the Top of Each Forum pointing to a Post about this topic right here would be great..

How about a separate section in the forum just for newbies. Experienced warriors can come over and share some knowledge if the would like Add all the good stickies to this section. Ban newbie questions from the main forum.
