Anyone know of a good telemarketing firm?

Ive looked here and any related posts and threads seem to be old. I have pmd a number of them with no results. I am looking for a firm that has experienced telemarketers. Not for appointments, but for the 'first call'. Further contacts are handled accordingly(they fill in a spreadsheet as to what happened in the call)
I have been looking for such a firm for 2 weeks, i need callers NOW. I provide leads. I prefer to hire from a less expensive country like the Philipines as i want to pay hourly, and i want a firm as i dont have time to deal with a lot of individual people, want the firm to manage them. They need to know what they are doing and have a good record.

Any one know of one or more such places? I need them to start monday.

    You can try freelancer.com. They have hundreds of telemarketers that work by the hour. Most of them are from the Philipines and nearby countries.

      Having used telemarketing services quite a bit in the past as an outsourced service I have learned it is best to hire my own telemarketers and train them to perform the call in how I want the call to be scripted.

      If you go the outsourced way make sure you get references from previous clients to insure you are using a reputable service. Also check the BBB in their local area to make sure they are a business in good standing with few customer complaints.
