How about you make a comment that people actually like?

I'm sick of seeing these lame top comments that have been posted by internet marketers, which they have "liked" themselves. Makes me cringe.

Yes, you can "Cheat" your way to the top by having multiple accounts but honestly... Why bother?

They don't stay there for very long and if it's a spammy comment i.e. promoting something, then there's a good chance the owner of the video gonna delete it.

That, and they just don't "stick" for long anyway.

Your energies would be better focused on creating quality videos to post on Youtube... It's a much more longer sighted way of doing things.

Making many youtube accounts and liking your own comment is not good. People will just think it as a spammy comment so they don't trust it. Just try to comment a really good comment. Put some humor with your comments or anything that can attract attention.

If the comment is obviously spam, it will either get downvoted or deleted. I monitor my comments to some degree, and I delete spam comments immediately. They're very obvious. Occasionally I'll miss them but they never stay up very long.

You can buy votes for top comments on Fiverr.

It can definitely be done using tools or multiple accounts. As others have said previously, is it really worth your while? There are a lot more effective you can be promoting your site/product/profile.

Use video comments. Normally YouTube display video comments on top of actual comments. But this will be manually moderated by channel owner before display.

I agree with you not creating a ton of accounts you are much better using fiver to get comments and you can get great video comments done that help you shine. also getting more traffic and likes by using sites like somethingsocial.net can help you get more comments.

How about posting a comment worth thumbing up? that always works well.

Top comment doesn't necessarily equal "good exposure", especially when it's unrelated crap. try to keep it real and you'll succeed in this industry
