Make Money in the Next 6 Hours?

Get yourself down a betting shop? It depends on how much you want to make and what your social networking is like. If I was desperate to make money in 6 hours I'd hit up Facebook and Twitter and try to sell a 'service' for payment via PayPal. For example, I know a friend who did very well by offering an hour of phone time for x amount. He's a big blogger and makes a lot of money through advertising. He gives advice over the phone etc.

If you don't have a particular skill, that may not be much use though. :rolleyes:

6 hours and from scratch ? I don't see how there may be another way then to just get on a social network or something and send pm's to people online and ask if they wanna buy something you have to sell. Yet again , its difficult if you can't find someone eager to buy your product immediately ..

Collect scrap paper or metal for recycling.

Knock on doors with a rake or window cleaner or car wash stuff.

Pawn something.

Return something at Wal Mart.

Walk dogs.

Busk.

Call residences to offer lawn care services. Call lawn care operators to set it up. Take a commission.

Contact Craigslist sellers and ask for a $15 or 15% commission if you can find a buyer for their product. Advertise elsewhere. Or: Search "Items Wanted" and find those products elsewhere, price it at a commission and broker the sale.

Call local offices and ask if they need a cleaner.

Get a job delivering pizzas or mowing with a landscaping company.

Start a skip tracing service.

Transcribeme.

Broker web design at local businesses. Represent a web des company, many look for people to hit the bricks on their behalf.

Cut your food budget. Nuke a potato.

Off-track betting.

Trade Binary Options.

Wait a table.

Park a car.

Crowdrise.com

Deliver groceries / personal shopping

tutor online

Okay then, look at your local merchants and see who does not have a quality website or any website at all. Have a strong web designer in place for outsourcing. Go sell that website and collect half the money upfront with the balance due on completion.

You could fulfill a service that can be easily done online via Craigslist, and have the person pay you via paypal.

what is your budget?

What resources do you have? (hosting, virtual or real products, etc)

What kind of skills do you have? (driving traffic, web design, programming, etc)


all those depend on what your best options are...there is no one size fits all solution.

A friend of mine was hurting for money recently and this is what I got him to do:

Buy and sell Iphones. He got an "upgrade" via his carrier and never took the phone out of the box, instead he put it up for sale within the same day, and in a few hours he made over $250 profit for only 15 minutes of work.

Specially if you already have an account with a carrier like AT&T - you can buy an iPhone at a discount if you sign a dreaded 2 year contract. You can then turn around and post it on CL for the going price (without a contract) which is usually much higher than what you got it for.

The only drawback is that you extend your contract for another 2 years.

Sounds like you're desperate for money - which is the worst place to be in. You should probably get a job and save money to stack for heavy advertising. You should also sell something on Ebay, or list something on Craigslist. Those are some quick routes that come to mind.

Wow. 6 Hs? It's no time but i'd do something like this (pasted some things from a memo i have):

Hour 1: Pick a Product With Instant Commissions.

- Signup at ProductPay.com --> Instant Commissions to PayPal.

- Pick 2 Hot Products Selling Well (Pick Your Aff Link and Identify The niche of it. Example: WordPress Plugin To Do This / That).

- Pick a Url shortener link to cloak your affiliate links (sorry, i use my own domains and can't recommend one)


Hour 2: Use Semrush.com

- Get a paper and list some domains (3 to 10) selling something similar. Example: a similar plugin.

- Go to Semrush.com and for each domain....see which keywords are driving traffic to them (organics menu).

Pick 10 keywords (out of the 100).

Hours 3 and 4: Make Videos and Upload To YouTube.

- If you don't have a tool to make them in bulk, use Animoto.com (Free).
- Make 1 Video Per Keyword.
- Upload to YTB and include the keyword in the title / tags / description.
- Put your link in the description.
- Make sure to that your video calls to action.
- Pray to get some sales in the time that you need

If the competition is low, your sites will rank within minutes / hs for those keywords.

Hours 5 and 6: Free to do other things that any other warrior may suggest

I suggested to use your first hs in this first because see that other warriors mentioned
selling blood as an alternative and this could take you lot of energy to do the process

I think it's really possible you know? Last time, my friend told me that he even earned more than $50 in a couple of hours for reselling a couple of services.

Going down to the corner and holding up a sign asking for money would be your best bet. You are bound to get something if it's busy. As always, it's all about the traffic.

Great post DDEV but even Paypal takes longer than 6 hours to send you the money.

to see the youtube competition for a kwd. Notice that the method that i've posted above targets different keywords with traffic and low competition (which may include or not the "product name" keyword).

@RestlessBlaze: If you use Animoto.com, it could take no more than 30 minutes to figure out how it works. And if it use an automated tool it make take 1 hour to learn how to use it , but you'll be moving 100x faster.

ddev: You have a great model, I'm not disputing it, I'm adding it to my toobox! It can be expanded on with further Youtube optimizations and other promotional techniques like Fiverr backlinking. Still, ranking a video does not equal conversion.

There are many moving parts here and a lot of little things to get right. I think there is just as much chance of failure here as success. Success takes time and trial. I wish everyone here only success.

You could buy a winning lotto ticket in under 6 hours. People should plan for it to take longer.

100% with you + 6 hs it's a crazy period (maybe not to get some quick ranks for low comp. kws., but for making some sales - matter of luck).

Life is not an emergency! For 6 hours, you can go on the street and sell your clothes or play some guitar for the people passing by

If you are serious about making money, you should give it a little more time! To build a website and good ppc campaigns 6 hours may not be enough, but you can definitely achieve it in few days. And actually a PPC is a great approach to start making money fast!

I laugh when i see people come in here day after day and whine about they need to make money and pay the bills and they do not want to spend any money, and they want to make $100,000 by tomorrow.

Here is your wake up call post.

Get with it! You are not going to make money in 1 hour, in 3 hours or in 6 hours unless you are are a magician.

The way I have done well online, is to spend weeks building lists, giving away good content, helping people.

This is not going to take hours. If you want money in 2 hours get on fiverr, however you are only gunna make about $20 a day that way.

Anyway, its useless to come here and keep asking stupid questions, you will get stupid answers, or I do not blame people who do give stupid answers.

Build a business, not a money spinner, that is the way to create as much money as you want. Oh! I get it, its too much hard work! Yes, And that is why these post show up time and time again.

HARD WORK and create a REAL BUSINESS.

BUILD A LIST, and stop trying to create a short term money spinner, create a real solid business that is worth something, and has tangable leverage.

Sorry! But if you think you are gunna magically start a PPC campain that takes a few hours to become profitable, think again.

If you think a CPA ad, or campaign will just magically bring in all this money, think again.

IF PPC and CPA was so easy, 12 year old and people would quit their jobs to do it.

2 guys I know who crush it with PPC and CPA do not just sit down for 6 hours and BOOM, they make $5000 each day. These guys work their asses off and still work 12-14 hours a day. Yes, its a full time work if you want to test and do well here.

What you put in, is what you get out of it. There is no quick fix buttons and solutions even using PPC and CPA. It takes blood, sweat and tears to do well. Even if someone gave you a swipe campaign to set up, you would take 6 hours to set it up, then what? if it didnt work, and you did not make hundreds of dollars then what?

There is noting we can do about today. We are here because of what we used to do. For tomorrow to become better, financially, we must work today. Spend time today to make tomorrow better.

But if you really need money tonight, I would donate blood. Or sell something on craigslist.

Only thing you could hope to do is sell a service in that amount of time.

I do it many time, go on a forum with a lot of traffic and sale something, for examples i sold a podcast. It took me 30 minutes to record the postcast and i make 100 sales.

But seriously, there's not much. If I were in that position, I'd offer SERVICES.

In Australia we have a website called gumtree.com.au where you can post services for people in your area and it has a very high response rate.

My advice would be if you need cash fast, offer your services online. It's really that simple.

I would write as a freelancer. Or write an essay for copywriters.

Go to crags list and offer a gig service and make sure they pay you via paypal or something instant like that.

It took me 3 years to learn how to make money instantly, and consistently ( and consistency is the key

Create a Bing or Yahoo account.

Find a product on Clickbank that can bank you anywhere between $30-$200 per customer and start promoting it there.
