How do some websites post articles from ezine?

I was doing a google search on the content of my articles on Ezine and found several sites where they put my articles. Most of the sites have done it correctly where they have the author resource box and all links intact but my question is how are they doing it?

These sites seem to publish at least 10 articles a day. Surely they are not doing it manually? Is there a tool that they are using to do it?

  • Yes, there's a software that will go over the Internet and find the info you need. This info can be given to you in any form including articles.

    At least some are, Di. I always contact people who have syndicated my articles from EZA (to try to add them to my syndication-lists, offer them more, and so on), and I often learn that many of them have done so with the aid of their virtual assistants, rather than with software.

    I am a bit clueless on this aspect but it is now a focus of mine. Next phase of learning.

    So I am assuming you have a list especially for people who publish your articles and when you release a new one, you mail them?

    I have setup Google alerts for each article so that I can track if they get published elsewhere.

    I just remembered I have an awesome book by Paul on article marketing which I read last year but it's time to dust it off again

      Yes - exactly this. It "cuts out the middle man", as it were. From their perspective it gives them a supply of "extra content" without having to look for all of it in article directories, and from mine it gives me some targeted traffic.

  • Please don't misconstrue my question as a criticism - it really isn't - but can anyone explain to me why so many people always refer to EzineArticles as simply 'Ezine'?

    I'm not big on abbreviations, personally, but if I did want to shorten the name, sure EZA, or even just EA would be better and clearer than just leaving off the word that is the site's whole point?

    Again, I'm not being critical of those who do just use 'Ezine' - just curious as to why.

      I don't know. I've always used the abbreviation "EZA", myself, because to me an "EA" is an add-on software gadget for Metatrader-4 ("expert advisor" - it's a trading toy used by would-be/amateur forex-traders).

      I suspect that the abbreviation of "Ezine Articles" to "Ezine" might actually contribute to the fairly widespread confusion between "ezines" and "article directories". :p
