Newbie Domain Name question

Hi peeps,
I'm relatively new, been floating around for a while, but not made any real money yet.
my question: I'm going to do some reviews probably of high end Amazon products, rather than buying a domain for each individual item and then building a minisite around it, could i just buy a generic Domain and have lots of reviews for many different products ?

I'll shall try to clarify, if i purchased a domain called reallygreatstuff.com (not real) and then tried to rank the individual posts e.g. reallygreatstuff.com/reallygreatkeyword1 and reallygreatstuff.com/reallygreatkeyword2 etc etc
will it work ?

my reasoning rather than trying to build articles to back up each review i could just write review after review to turn it into a packed site.
i have noticed that lots more post titles are ranking quite high even beating lots of EMD's
any advice or thoughts greatly appreciated

I think you should go with one domain. When you are able to rank that one domain, you are in a great position. It would be a hell to rank ten different review websites. Besides, buying many different domains would cost a lot.
