I have a client who gets a decent amount of downloads for his password finding software and we are looking for good tandem downloads to help him monetize.
(something like the "ask" toolbar but way less saturated")
We are looking for the best payout per download / install offer out there.
I have seen them referred to as "download cpa (cost per action)" offers and PPD (Pay Per Download).
