Hello all,

I have updated my squeeze page. Please let me know if anything else I can improve.

Thanks.

It doesn't catch the eye. You should invest in a good header. Check out some of the better (and shorter) free WSOs here and see how they format their pages to get you to click and sign up.

There are many things you can do to improve your specific
    'squeeze page.'

Most improvements involve REMOVING certain elements.

    For example...

Remove the top banner graphic because it takes attention
away from what should be the first thing that people see
on your squeeze page (the headline).

Remove the social share buttons. You want to focus people
on taking just ONE action: joining your list.

Remove the comments section at the bottom. Again, you
want people to join your list.

Once you've done these steps, you can then focus on
improving your weak headline and re-writing the bland
    body copy.

This. All of it. Exactly. Shaun left me with almost nothing to say other than agreeing with him.

(Personally, I wouldn't ask for people's first names, when their email addresses are all you need, for all the reasons explained here: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ml#post7934937 ).

I would add a background to the web page so it draws more attention to the content.

      Some adjustments would be:

      1) Put a border around the white page

      2) Add a dark blue background around the border

      3) Remove the banner at the top

      4) Add a red dotted border around the Optin box

      5) Put these comments on a separate blog post,

Some good points you have included are:

      • The red big headline
      • You have included "Your information will not be shared with anyone."
      • The optin box has been included twice.

My honest opinion is that this doesn't look professional. I definitely agree that you need a background and some sort of border around the main text area.

I would probably buy a banner from graphicriver (themeforest's sister site). It's just a few dollars and it will look much more professional. Also, you shouldn't mix animated elements + actual photography.

Delete the comments that say 'I want to be your friend.' Comments should be relevant to the product you are selling.

    I agree with Matt.

Make it simple and eye-catching. All you want on a squeeze page is the opt-in box, a headline and a couple lines of text.
Make it bordered so it is all contained and neat too.

Didn't we give feedback on this squeeze page already?

I could be wrong but I thought we had and the feedback was...

    Remove the header
    Remove the social share buttons
    Remove the comments
    Get a more compelling headline

      One thing that sticks out....

Always have a good heading! It's one of the first things that your customer will notice when they come to your site.. Your headline seems rather dull & boring (sorry! just being honest!). Have something which addresses the problem & offer a solution (Question + Big Benefit + Time frame, Proof, or Promise + Call to Action). Something like:

What kind of results did you get when you changed one element two different ways and tested them against the original?

Other than that, saying that one thing or another will increase conversions in any way is merely heresay.

Also, you should have a large text header that GRIPS the reader. You can use the FEAR angle or the GREED angle. Regardless, you need to slap the reader's eyeballs and DEMAND to be heard. Don't be passive. There are millions of weak pages passively pleading to be heard. You need to STEP UP and TAKE IT!

The page looks simple enough, and as a visually impaired individual, graphics don't mean a single thing to me. It is the text that I am interested in. After all, I didn't go to visit your site to look at all the pretties on it. I came to it to get additional information and if I need to, sign up to get it.

Blind people can't see graphics. They go after the text taht is on the page so the text should be compelling and engaging. Also, since it is a squeeze page, you want egverything to be above the fold so that it can all be seen and acted upon.

This isn't to say that graphics are no good for a page because they are, and they should be eye-catching, but think like a blind person and concentrate on the test and the sales message as well as the call to action.

    1) Lose the intro about yourself

    2) Make the "email" and "name" boxes more visible. See if you can get borders around them to denote where they are

    3) The sales copy on your bullet points needs to be improved. Learn copywriting and strive to be a master copywriter

    4) Lose the comments at the bottom

    5) Condense your page volume/content. Make your readers make a decision, not read a thesis
