    Please excuse my expressing my surprise, because you've been a member for nearly a year, and there are hundreds of threads here explaining in detail how to do so.

    Personally I register domain-names at Namecheap and host at Hostgator, and in several other places. For most people's purposes it doesn't matter too much where you do each (as long as you do them in two separate places): the price-differences between well-known hosts/registrars are pretty small. (I'd just stay well away from Go Daddy and 1and1, myself, for either function). They all have technical support. Many have videos showing you step-by-step exactly what you need to do.

    Seriously - there's a huge number of threads answering all aspects of your question. Have you tried the forum's search function?

For instance, www(dot)lossweightexpert(dot)com/org/net, it's just an example. The domain registrars which are popular including GoDaddy or NameCheap, and some more are the choice.
    For hosting, You could host your site with the reputed hosts such as HostGator or BlueHost, it is just the example.

    4- Share your idea.
    >> If should know basic stuff such as:
    • How to use Wordpress/Joomla/Drupal or other CMSs if you don't know how to create the site from scratch.
    • How to use FTP, Fantatico, or Softaculous to auto installing your popular CMSs such as Wordpress/Joomla/Drupal.
    • How to change Name Server to map the Domain Name with Hosting Server (Just ask for help at the Hosting Company or Domain Registrar).
    • Last but not leat is the concept of the website.
    These are just some basic stuffs that you must know before getting your first site up and running.

    Search Google for detail how tos in each step above or using Youtube.
