Help monetizing my sites

Hey guys. I started some EMD websites a while back and a couple of them have taken off pretty well. One of them is a gardening website and the other is a website about headaches. I have been using adsense on them but I feel like there has to be something to make more money than adsense. Does anyone have any recommendations or would anyone be willing to take a look and give me some advice?

    Are you building opt-in email lists with the sites? Really, turning visitors into subscribers is a great step towards long-term income from your traffic.

    Then, consider promoting info-products and when you find ones that start to convert well, you can re-create your own version of those info-products and simply promote your products for closer to 100% commissions.

    Promote Amazon products or products from advertisers on CJ.com. Another option is to create your own products and sell them.

    You'll need more than just a WP plugin, you'll also need an autoresponder like Aweber to keep in contact with them with a follow up series of emails.

    To monetize see if you can find some books on Amazon or digital products on Clickbank that can solve their problems and suggest those.

    Gardening is becoming more focused now that the government is clamping down on growers in cities. I would start talking about GMO's and how growing your own food is critical because this is the only way to ensure you are eating real organic foods ( that and having REAL heirloom seeds to grow produce from).

    This undercurrent is growing and there is real anger at allowing corporations like Monsanto to promote their own brand of "killer" seeds that are contaminating our environment.

    So adding products like seed vaults for sale, related content on "Survival Gardening" is a hot topic I would include as well to cash in on this trend.
