Instant wordpress to live web hosting

Hi warriors. How can I make my instant wordpress to live web hosting?
Is there any way to transfer it? It's from instant wordpress then I want to transfer the website I designed to live hosting. Any help would be so much appreciated.

    1. In the old blog (wordpress.com), go to Tools → Export and download the XML (WXR) file to your computer.
    2. In the new blog (your new website), go to Tools → Import → WordPress and upload the file you downloaded in step 1. Make sure that you choose the option to Download & import file attachments. This option will be available after you upload the file.

      I mean from instant wordpress. You know, the localhost thingy. So is it possible to upload by just importing it?
