Paid software you can't live without?

Autoresponder software is the most vital software tool for marketers.
Other than that I don't really have any paid software, most of what I use is free software (or pirated).

@Altin - I try to avoid purchasing software because most of the free ones will do what I need them to do. The one I could not do without is Camtasia. That software is the bomb. Well, now that I have read the other posts, I definitely need my AR and hosting.

When I first saw the title, my purpose was to come in and give a link to the all-in-one thread that is available in the top of the forum...but I was wrong. Maybe it was not needed.

windows come installed when purchase of a pc, coding is done with free notepad++, image editing with free online software,

Adobe Photoshop for sure. I use Gimp, but it's not as Robust as Photoshop. I mainly use it for graphics and editing files.... and improving image quality - without the size of the file being large.

I've recently started using PC Cleanup Scheduler. just wanted to share it with you.
Found it here PC Cleanup Scheduler - system registry cleaner that protects privacy.

Earlier I had to manually clean my PC and now this software does it automatically by schedule. Very convenient.

I also started using DropBox:
1) to be able to transfer data
2) to make sure my data is safe in case sth happens to my PC.

Can't live without? Honestly, aweber is probably the only one.

Everything else could be replaced with another competing product.

Hostgator maybe, but even then, I could find a worthy replacement.
Just would be headache to transfer my websites...

Adobe CS6, Camtasia, and Office are the ones I use most often. I have lots of paid software, though.

Imo, there are usually big differences between free and paid software that supposedly do the same thing. Not always, but usually.

Here's one that hasn't been mentioned in this thread yet: Scrivener.

If you do any kind of writing on a regular basis, it's absolutely amazing. Small bit of a learning curve but worth every moment invested. Most people who use it can't stop saying good things about it, and I'm one of them.
