You can do that. You can also advertise products on your download pages to recoup some of your ad spend.

A lot of folks do that. But a lot of folks also send the subs to their own multiple lists. No partner involved. Sometimes partners are worth their weight in gold though, especially if they have superior products or somehow provided other value to you.

Could also be a disaster if the subs get hammered daily with offers. You might end up with non responsive subs that are winnowed away. That is, you'll end up in a negative cash flow position.

If the partnership benefits both parties, and the subscribers are getting good content, then why not?

I am currently building my list myself through this very forum, the Warrior Forum. However, I have tried building a list by using a partner and that was successful. Although I didn't get a whole ton of people ont hat list that I had started with a partner, I have found out that by doing simple forum marketing does the trick quite well.

I'm about sure you have several products to sell or promote and need different kinds of buyers so it is a good Idea to link to own list with different interests I for my self do both options normally I do 3 links one for free only download one for my other lists and sometimes one for somebody else

Build your own, then you can use your list for adswaps to increase the size of your list. Make sure you offer a great report for them to use.
