how to monetize 100 visitors a day, less than 2% bounce rate

Any idea how to monetize my site?

Its in the military niche, the audience is mostly young men and women interested in joining the Air Force.

Most people who visit the site stick around and do not click off right away.

I started the site not too long ago and it is growing pretty steadily.

But I have no idea how to monetize it?

anybody have any ideas. here is the site www.airforcerequirements.com

    You already have Google ads on it. Are your visitors clicking on the ads.

    Perhaps your visitors would be more interested in books.
    Join Amazon's affilitate program and add a book widget to your side bar.

    What products and services do these people need?

    Is there any books / ebooks / digital guides (on Amazon or Clickbank for example) that these people would find useful.

    Guides on how to join the airforce or practice tests or books on how to get in shape for joining etc?

    You'll know your niche better than us.

    Never set up a site unless you have some idea to monetize it unless it's just for fun.

    You're in the airforce? I'm working in the Dutch Airforce.
    Well, here in the Netherlands when people wants to join the military are working out a lot. there are many digital products about fitness to find. maybe start with that and see what it will bring?

    Build a list and upsell them on career boosting digital products. Career prep is also a good niche.

    Get rid of the "too small" hover ad, and don't distract visitors by asking them to click on your Facebook link. I see you have Adsense... have you tested different positions of your Adsense ads?

    And i gotta ask... did you pick the product before the niche? Meaning... did you do background research to see if this is a HOT market, or did you just think that this would be a cool site to make?

    That's when tracing comes in.

    What's your geo?

    Man/woman, age, where they come from, married, single, income level etc.etc.etc. - knowing this will let you pick a affiliate offer which fits to the traffic.
