Product Launch Input and Affiliate Marketing Strategy

Hello everyone,

I started my online venture a couple of months ago. I've just finished up a 12 week training program for small business owners/entreprenueurs to learn how to apply Lean principles to thier business. The product is now on clickbank and I plan to launch it on May 2nd. I created an affiliate site with Easyclickmate as the platform.

Since I only started recently, I have a pretty small list. I'm hoping that promoting the product on clickbank will help change that. I have a couple of articles on ezines and I have a blog that I post to regularly.

As an overall strategy, am I on the right track? Is there anything that I should change right now? I appreciate the input... I have learned ALOT from this site so far and I know I have ALOT MORE to learn! The links are below.

product sales page: www.leanunleashed.com/LUP.html (order page)
product sales page: www.leanunleashed.com (capture page)
affiliate site: www.leanrevolution.com

  • Should I consider PPC?
  • Why are you so big on the word lean? Because, I see it everywhere in all your sites. Just interested in knowing...
  • Just a form of branding.... Lean Thinking is a process improvement concept evolved from Lean Manufacturing principles. Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma... both process improvement methodologies used in business to reduce waste and improve value. Many of the same concepts can be applied in life as well.

    • Who is you target market? And will they even know that?
  • My target market is small business owners looking for ways to reduce costs and generate more revenue. It's also for those that want to find a healthy work life balance. Lean is a proven method to help in those areas (do more with less, improve efficiency and speed etc.). Some entrepreneuers will be familiar with Lean, some won't. Much of what I put on my blog is to educate those that don't.

    • The strategy looks fine, but...

Seems like you might want to re-think your whole wording in
the sense that it's easier to stand infront of a hungry crowd
that wants what you have to offer then try to educate them.

Don't forget to dumb things down and Keep it simple.

Talking like a Harvard Grad or PHD and expecting people
to get it will not make your promotion work very well.

Just trying to help - Matt
  • yeh just a recommendation and a really good reading on launching your product.
