Domain not deleted after 80 days of expiry? Hold by registrar?

Hello fellow expert warriors..

I have been waiting for a domain to drop and deleted.

Waiting and waiting..after 75-80 days, the status is "pending delete".

The domain came up in the namejet auction but no one bid.

Then after 80 days. It still doesn't drop and become available.

When i typed the domain url in the web browser, nothing comes up. When I check in google, no website indexed for the domain.

When I check whois, there is no registrant information, all blank.

But checking at Godaddy or other registrars, it show not available.

Please see attachment.

Any idea what is going on?

Thanks in advance.

Arie

In this case, not "customer is always right", but

I waited for a domain to drop once and it got reported dropped and registered, and it became available a few days later, I never figured out how that happened, but I got it

I'd like to look into your situation, just for some knowledge, PM me.

How many days has the domain expired as of today?

Seriously? the domain dropped but registered, then suddenly dropped again? within how many days of the registration?

On day 5 it appeared as registered to a person or company that, as I recall, appeared to be a domain collector. Don't ask my why I got that impression. I gave up on it, but inadvertently ran a whois search and it turned up available and I grabbed it quick.

I do know that some registrars will allow you to undo a purchase within a few days.

I think the "pending delete" lasts 5 days. So get ready

Or if it is over, probably someone got it
